JASMINE

Sweet smelling jasmine is extracted from the evergreen, which has origins in China. It is a
costly oil and a little different from other essential oils. Jasmine is obtained via solvent
extraction; which means it results in a concrete substance rather than oil. Jasmine goes
through an extensive process. The flowers are placed over fats to absorb the fragrance. This
process takes a number of days and yields just a small amount of oil.

Aromatherapy uses:
Jasmine has wonderful therapeutic properties and is known to ease depression and enhance
libido. It's great for respiratory problems and reducing tension and stress. For ultimate
relaxation add a few drops to your warm bath water, vaporizer or diffuse. In addition, jasmine
can be blended with your favorite massage oil.
